En esta publicación os queremos dejar las recetas que estamos haciendo este trimestre para que las probéis en casa. Peeeeero os las dejamos en inglés para que practiquéis en familia.

Tuna empanadillas:

Ingredients:

  • One measurement of oat milk
  • One measurement of oil
  • Four measurements and a half of flour (any flour)
  • One egg
  • 1/2 spoonful of salt
  • 1 small spoonful of baking powder

Steps:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder)
  2. Mix the wet ingredients (egg, milk, oil)
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and knead the dough
  4. Let it sit for 15 minutes
  5. Extend the dough 1 cm thick and make circles
  6. Fill in with mixture (tomato, tuna, olives, boiled egg)
  7. Close the empanadilla and press the border with a fork
  8. Paint with egg on top
  9. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Chicken base pizza:

Ingredients:

  • 125gr chicken
  • 15gr grated cheese
  • Orégano
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella balls
  • Arugula
  • Spanish ham (Jamón serrano)
  1. Grind the chicken breast and the grated cheese with the orégano and salt until you have a paste.
  2. Shape it on a baking sheet as a pizza shape.
  3. Bake it in the oven at 180º c, 10 minutes.
  4. Let it cool, add tomato sauce, ham and mozzarella.
  5. Add in the oven for 5-7 minutes
  6. Let it cool add the arugula and olive oil.
  7. Enjoy!
